I received an interesting email this morning about some FREE educational sustainability resources. Here is the email for your own perusal;
Hello--
The curriculum encourages individuals to enact social change through their own actions--it really pushes people to make change in their lifestyle, and thus in the world. Though we are based in New York City, the curriculum is not USA-centric or political. We have gotten a lot of positive feedback from teachers in the USA and are hoping to widen the curriculum's base to a global scale.
If you were going to ever have a post on environmental education, social activism, web-based learning, mentioning this curriculum would provide a free resource to educators who are interested in those education areas.
Please, feel free to download the curriculum, or to ask me any questions that you have about the curriculum. If you do not want to mention this curriculum on your blog, even mentioning it colleagues in the educational community would be much appreciated.
Best,
Casey O'Malley
